The Hub and Client Lounge

All Hub and Client Lounge services are included within ICSTW's service fees.

The Hub

The Hub is where all photographs get uploaded to across the country.

When a shoot is completed the RAW format files are uploaded through supplied software to a secure web-based database, These are processed and edited then forwarded to our client lounge for collection.

Editing is comprehensive. The usual, cropping, sharpening, colours, dodging and burning, exposure and gamma correction as well as removal of objects and imputing of skies is undertaken. Selected photographs also undergo high dynamic range editing, which involves creating a psudo HDR image and then applying a tonal map overlay. This image is then taken and editing in 32-bit colour (JPEG is 8-bit) and another two more layers with modified light curve patterns tailored to each photograph are added before a final mapping layer is added. The photograph then undergoes all the usual edits before being turned back into an 8-bit JPEG.

Our system takes away nearly all need for Photoshop skills, your images will be finished by professionals with years of Photoshop already under their belts. We work with you to supply simply stunning images.

One condition of our service is that all images sold/supplied to clients have to go through this process. Full training is given on uploading and downloading images, we are also just a phone call or email away.

The Client Lounge

The client lounge is a secure viewing site where your clients can download there images. Images are full resolution and most commonly supplied in a .zip file (unless requested differently). Each client is assigned a page and as many of there shoots can be stored on this page as they like. Images are stored on this site indefinatly.

The client lounge also boasts live real-time image help. Your clients can speak with one of our image editing team directly when they collect there images if they are not happy for any reason. This service has proved invaluable and opens up our service to a two way exchange of opinion that we know is the key to successful photography.

As soon as images are placed in the client lounge a download link is emailed to a client and copy to you for collection. If the client does not have access to email we will supply images on CD.
